Senior Research Scientist - Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Develop disruptive technologies focused on signals exploitation, estimation theory, and system resource management
• Create cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms for novel application domains and modalities
• Participate in project teams and interact directly with customers
• Explore complex datasets and develop advanced algorithmic techniques to solve high-impact problems

Requirements

• BS + 5 years, MS + 3 years, or PhD in applied math, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or data science
• Experience building and training neural networks using PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++
• Experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib
• Ability to perform experiment design, modeling, and performance analysis
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active US government security clearance
• Experience applying deep learning to time series, discrete event sequences, or geospatial data
• Experience with self-supervised machine learning
• Ability to adapt novel machine learning approaches from academic literature to new datasets
• Expertise in spatio-temporal data analysis
