Senior Research & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing, loyalty, and category performance data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities
• Provide monthly and quarterly analysis on brand tracking, loyalty performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Develop business cases for marketing initiatives using historical data and clear financial logic
• Conduct competitor monitoring and consumer behavior research to provide strategic recommendations
• Track and report key KPIs and marketing budget performance
• Collaborate with Group and local teams on research studies, data projects, and analytics reporting
• Use Power BI, Excel, and statistical software to visualize and communicate findings
• Ensure data insights lead to concrete action plans and support commercial decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing research, data analysis, or commercial analytics
• Proven expertise in generating reports in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Ability to transform complex data into business-relevant insights
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL or other advanced analysis tools
• Valid driver’s license
