Senior Requirements Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work within an agile software development team focusing on high-visibility online and mobile banking applications.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and development teams to clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Proactively analyze complex features and prepare them for development by considering technical and business requirements.
• Structure upcoming project scope by creating detailed user stories and technical documentation.
• Drive technical analysis and architectural discussions while supporting UAT testing and releases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions within Scrum teams.
• Strong expertise in creating User Stories for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Proven knowledge of Retail Banking IT, including front-ends and digital channels.
• Experience in API design (Swagger), data mapping, and backend specifications.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Strong background in systems integrations based on data-driven APIs.
• Skilled in creating technical diagrams including Use Case, BPMN, Flowcharts, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Hands-on experience creating test scenarios for Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous coding experience.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• German language skills.
