Senior Requirements Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify business requirements and translate them into specific functional specifications for solution development.
• Analyze business requirements and assess the associated impacts of changes.
• Create and execute roadmaps focused on solution development and implementation.
• Align with Project Management and Software Engineering teams to bridge business divisions and solution providers.
• Gather and structure business needs, clarify scope, and create clear user stories for agile delivery.
• Understand APIs, backend-frontend communication, and service-to-service flows to assess feasibility.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation, considering reusability, stability, and target architecture.
• Support development by clarifying questions, analyzing production issues, and supporting UAT.
• Focus on digital investment processes in online banking and customer-facing web applications.

Requirements

• Broad experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions within Scrum teams.
• Strong experience in creating detailed User Stories for both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, JavaScript applications, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a high degree of independence.
• English language proficiency at C1 Advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in the German language.
