Senior Representative, Sales

Responsibilities

• Generate B2B sales leads through proactive prospecting and leveraging relationships with banking executives and strategic partners.
• Retain existing clients and drive portfolio growth through cross-consulting and relationship management.
• Monitor the negotiation process in detail to ensure compliance with service quality standards.
• Analyze competitor strengths and weaknesses to develop winning negotiation strategies.
• Promote and sell a variety of payment solutions including TPV, iAcepta, One Click, and e-Comm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a fee and commission-driven environment (financial or technology sectors preferred).
• Possession of a personal vehicle (indispensable).
• Proficiency in Office packages.
• Availability to travel as required.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and problem-resolution abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing CRM or ERP systems.
• Proven track record in the payments technology sector.
