Senior Representative, Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive the attraction, growth, retention, and profitability of prospects assigned to commercial banking.
• Manage and negotiate payment solution referrals through Citibanamex.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to increase engagement.
• Proactively collaborate with SME bankers to place new products.
• Autonomously manage and develop an assigned portfolio.
• Follow up on negotiation processes and coordinate with internal EVO areas to maintain service quality standards.
• Develop strategies by maintaining deep knowledge of payment methods and competitor strengths/weaknesses.

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a bonus-driven environment (financial or technology sectors preferred).
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
• Proven track record in the financial services or fintech industry.
