Senior Representative, Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, retention, and profitability for commercial banking prospects through the management of payment solution referrals.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to increase engagement.
• Proactively collaborate with SME bankers to facilitate the placement of new products.
• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio with high levels of autonomy.
• Oversee the negotiation process and coordinate with internal teams to maintain high service quality standards.
• Develop competitive strategies by maintaining deep knowledge of payment methods and market competitors.

Requirements

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a performance-driven environment.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic to intermediate English language skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the financial or technology sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
