Senior Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders across regions
• Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable dashboard frameworks and reporting layers
• Integrate data from Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems into reporting solutions
• Lead the transformation of complex reporting requirements into automated, dashboard-based solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and governance practices
• Document data models, dashboard logic, and reporting definitions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting roles
• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization design
• Strong SQL and data transformation skills
• Experience building end-to-end reporting solutions from extraction to visualization
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR data or Oracle HCM
• Experience with automation and performance optimization in reporting solutions
• Experience supporting self-service analytics and dashboard adoption initiatives
