Senior Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own OTC KPI reporting, including ARR and related SaaS metrics.
• Validate and reconcile ARR/OTC data across Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle to ensure completeness and definition alignment.
• Build, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards and scorecards in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Coordinate reporting intake, clarify requirements, and communicate timelines and risks to stakeholders.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with variance analysis and reconciliation support.
• Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies through root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Maintain reporting governance, including metric definitions, data lineage, and SOP documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating repeatable tasks and strengthening data quality controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI for building executive-ready dashboards.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle for data extraction and validation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including handling large datasets, pivots, and complex lookups.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and revenue/accounting concepts.
• Proven experience in data reconciliation and anomaly investigation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Alteryx for workflows and data preparation.
• Knowledge of CECL (Current Expected Credit Losses).
• Exposure to subscription management platforms and SaaS operational metrics.
