About the role
Responsibilities
- Improve Unreal Engine’s rendering and Low-Level systems for PC and Consoles (Xbox Series X/S and PS5)
- Analyze and optimize performance on CPU and GPU, memory usage etc
- Resolve complex issues that arise in the rendering system or on PC and Console
- Research and develop varied rendering technologies to improve visual quality
- Improve the Art team’s development pipelines
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphics engineering
- Skillful in C++ and HLSL (or GLSL)
- Good knowledge of modern render API (DX12 or Vulkan)
- Deep understanding of computer hardware (GPU in particular) and OS
- Verbal and written communication skills to work with various international teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
- Console development experience
- Fluent English communication skills
