Senior Relic Coordinator

About the Company

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the weekly relic assessment workload and layout plans by product
• Lead Coordinator Team for specific licenses or sports
• Assess ultrahigh end products such as Dynasty, Definitive, and Transcendent to ensure high quality and accuracy
• Use deep understanding of the assessment process and relic sizes to assist in training new employees
• Accurately update Airtable/NCF with current product status and detailed notes
• Log hours into Airtable to track time spent on cutting, assessing, and staging
• Learn new processes and technology to improve Relic Ops quality and efficiency
• Uphold all security measures to ensure relics are secure
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure due dates are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Microsoft Office experience
• Desire to learn and use alternative software including Airtable
• In-depth knowledge of various sports leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA)

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
• 2 years of Project Management experience
