Senior Reliability Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership by mentoring Tier 1 engineers and serving as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting.
• Manage IPv4/IPv6 address space and maintain IPAM systems.
• Design and deploy core and transport network projects ensuring high resiliency and performance.
• Participate in capacity planning, traffic engineering, and forecasting to support network scaling.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Sales Engineering teams on network expansion and service designs.
• Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration templates while leading post-mortem reviews for incident root cause analysis.

Requirements

• JNCIP-SP certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience working within service provider networks.
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VPLS, and traffic engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, Microtik, Adtran, and ADVA hardware and software.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network automation.
• Proficiency in packet capture, analysis, and performance tuning.
