Senior Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the execution of the Managed Reliability Program (MRP) to improve equipment reliability and seal performance.
• Manage failed seals by performing root cause and failure analysis (RCFA) and coordinating corrective actions.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, seal conversions, and upgrades to enhance asset condition.
• Utilize digital tools such as ServiceMax, SAP, and PDM-Net for data management, reporting, and work order creation.
• Perform site support activities including witnessing seal installations, pressure testing, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Oversee inventory management of seals and spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Prepare and present monthly comprehensive data reports to customers.
• Adhere to all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (rotating equipment), mechanical fitting, or millwrighting.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment.
• Basic English proficiency (minimum reading and writing).
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain discipline to meet required lead times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific knowledge of mechanical seals.
• Experience with digital data management and ERP systems.
