Senior Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability and uptime of manufacturing equipment, production lines, and supporting systems
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Analyze equipment failures and production interruptions using data-driven root cause analysis
• Leverage CMMS and manufacturing data to monitor asset health and recommend process improvements
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to identify reliability risks
• Support new equipment introductions and automation initiatives by ensuring maintainability and safety
• Manage mid to large scale projects on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in a reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing engineering role
• Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment, automation systems, or production lines
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and root cause analysis
• Experience using CMMS systems and manufacturing data to drive decision-making
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, smart device, or meter manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, and automated manufacturing systems
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks
• Experience supporting equipment qualification and process validation
