Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including IFA, MFD, and RIA.
• Demonstrate expertise in wealth management products such as Debentures, AIFs, PMS, MFs, and corporate bonds.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various investment products.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
• Drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management business.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Organize and assist in seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.

Requirements

• Graduate or Master’s Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building and managing relationships with Channel Partners (IFA/MFD/RIA).
• Strong understanding of wealth management products, specifically Debentures, AIFs, and PMS.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and incentives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working in a Private Bank or Wealth Management setup is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant regulatory certifications such as AMFI or NISM.
