Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Mid-Market

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth through business development and management of key commercial mid-market client relationships
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals while working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop new business by contacting prospects and cross-selling Bank products including credit, trust, investment, and cash management
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues using strategic problem-solving to resolve conflicts
• Review loan applications and cash management service agreements to ensure alignment with risk management standards
• Identify market segments and leverage industry trends to expand client portfolios and drive business growth
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with high-value strategic clients by providing expert financial advice
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong credit knowledge, skills, and ability to perform complex credit risk assessments
• Expert level proficiency in financial analysis
• Fluency in both French and English to support clients and team members across different regions
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value transactions and manage complex portfolios
