Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth through business development and management of key client relationships within mid-market diversified industries.
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals by working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop new business by prospecting and cross-selling Bank products, including credit, trust/investment, and cash management services.
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem-solving to maintain strong partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions and satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies to mitigate risk.
• Manage a portfolio to exceed ROE thresholds and evaluate client returns on a proactive basis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in deal structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Strong skills in negotiation, customer relationship building, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and generating significant revenue through sales and syndications.
• Deep technical proficiency in credit knowledge and associated skills according to portfolio requirements.
