Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate growth through business development and management of key client relationships to drive revenue generation.
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals by working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop new business by contacting prospects and cross-selling Bank products, including credit, trust, investment, and cash management.
• Review loan applications and cash management service agreements to ensure alignment with risk management standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value strategic clients, providing expert financial advice.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance policies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in deal structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship building.
• Proven ability to manage complex client issues and execute strategic business development.
