Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by managing key client relationships within the Emerging Middle Market segment
• Structure complex deals and secure credit approvals while working with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and cross-selling bank products, including credit, trust, and cash management
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning to optimize client solutions
• Manage a portfolio to exceed ROE thresholds and evaluate client returns on a proactive basis
• Act as an escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Portfolio Management within a corporate or segmented banking environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong credit knowledge and technical proficiency in credit risk assessment and deal structuring
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis
• Proven track record in sales performance and managing sales metrics
• Advanced skills in negotiation, portfolio management, and customer relationship building
