Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing lenders/investors to drive retention, repeat investments, and AUM growth
• Build strong relationships with premium investors through regular engagement, consultation, and personalized support
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize investor wallet share and funding contribution
• Act as the main point of contact for investor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Reactivate dormant investors and proactively mitigate churn risks through timely engagement
• Source and acquire new investors through personal networks, referrals, partnerships, and events to support business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or related industries
• Proven track record in managing client portfolios, driving retention, and achieving growth targets
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative selling approach
• Well-connected within affluent or investment communities and able to acquire new investors independently
