Senior Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational and relationship routines in accordance with company guidelines and service standards
• Provide excellent service to client Human Resources departments, clarifying doubts regarding contracted benefits (health, life, and dental)
• Manage insurance and insurable benefits routines, ensuring correct management, monitoring, and technical support
• Support client HR teams with clear and assertive communication regarding provider networks, coverage, contractual conditions, and reimbursement processes
• Conduct adjustment, renewal, and negotiation processes for benefit contracts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of relationship and service processes by proposing value-added solutions

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical, dental, and life insurance products and operational demands
• Intermediate Excel skills (specifically VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
• Strong process analysis skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple demands and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Microsoft Access
