Senior Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to client Human Resources departments, clarifying doubts regarding health, life, and dental benefits.
• Manage insurance and insurable benefits routines, ensuring correct technical support and monitoring.
• Support clients with clear communication regarding provider networks, coverage, contractual conditions, and reimbursement processes.
• Conduct end-to-end processes for benefit contract adjustments, renewals, and negotiations.
• Act as a focal point for internal departments, including Placement, Operations, and Implementation, to ensure process fluidity.
• Support the Relationship Manager with strategic activities, providing data and analysis for portfolio management and decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of relationship and service processes.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Proven experience working in brokerages (essential).
• In-depth knowledge of health, dental, and group life insurance norms and coverage.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and main formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict management capabilities.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (4 days per week on-site near the Berrini metro station in São Paulo).
