Senior Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational and relationship routines in accordance with company guidelines and service standards
• Provide excellent service to client Human Resources departments, clarifying doubts regarding health, life, and dental benefits
• Manage insurance and insurable benefits routines, ensuring correct management, monitoring, and technical support
• Support client HR teams with clear and assertive communication regarding provider networks, coverage, contractual conditions, and reimbursement processes
• Lead benefit contract adjustment, renewal, and negotiation processes, providing end-to-end monitoring
• Act as a focal point for internal departments, including Placement, Operations, and Implementation, to ensure process fluidity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of relationship and service processes by proposing value-added solutions
• Support the Relationship Manager with strategic activities, providing data and analysis for portfolio management and decision-making

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree
• Proven experience working in insurance brokerages (essential)
• In-depth knowledge of health, dental, and group life insurance norms and coverage
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP and main formulas), Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site in São Paulo, Zona Sul)
