Senior Relationship Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with corporate clients, focusing on health, dental, and life insurance benefits.
• Execute operational and administrative tasks including inclusions, exclusions, invoice verification, and cost allocations.
• Provide direct support to HR departments and beneficiaries regarding coverage, limitations, and reimbursements.
• Handle authorization processes, scheduling, hospitalizations, and general inquiries.
• Manage conflicts and establish effective communication channels between clients, insurance operators, and internal departments.
• Maintain and update control processes and develop operational manuals to improve routines.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Implementation, Quotation, and Medical areas.

Requirements

• Higher education degree completed.
• Proven experience working in insurance brokerages (essential).
• Deep knowledge of health, dental, and group life insurance plans and coverage norms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/PROCV and main formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional posture.
• Demonstrated ability in conflict management and client relationship building.
• Availability to work 100% onsite in Iracemápolis.
