Senior Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of consumer and small business clients.
• Proactively deepen relationships through regular outreach and early engagement calls.
• Act as a product expert to recommend needs-based banking solutions and services.
• Collaborate with team members and product partners to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience through personalized service in-branch and via digital platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk/fraud defense protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in an incentive-based environment OR 2+ years of Financial Services experience with direct client acquisition/development experience.
• 12+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of consumer/small business products and lending.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Ability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
