Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and identify customer needs for appropriate products
• Engage with prospective clients through branch interaction, phone calls, and local business visits
• Conduct outside sales calling as determined by management
• Manage a book of customers to build relationships and grow value according to goals
• Provide referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial, Consumer Lending, and Real Estate Lending
• Complete required account documentation and maintain knowledge of banking regulations
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience selling financial products
• Experience growing and developing an existing customer base
• Proficiency in Windows environments and basic internet skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Production generation experience
