Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory filings including Call Report, FRY-9C, FRY-11, and FRY-9LP
• Research and document new and revised regulatory reporting requirements
• Prepare responses to inquiries from federal regulators
• Maintain regulatory reports within Axiom ControllerView
• Review detailed account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation
• Review intercompany transactions in accordance with GAAP and Regulation W
• Identify areas for efficiency or risk control enhancements
• Support quarterly reviews, regulatory exams, and year-end annual audits
• Provide coaching to accounting staff and interns

Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in a professional, fast-moving environment
• Strong background in banking or financial services institutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation
• Experience with financial or regulatory reporting
• Experience with ERP and regulatory systems
• Public company experience
• Bank start-up experience
