Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reporting requirements, including Capital and Liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations and frameworks.
• Assist the wider team in producing regulatory reporting and disclosures, such as Pillar 3.
• Execute and improve controls to ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Perform data profiling and investigate issues to ensure high data quality.
• Use data visualization tools to build dashboards that facilitate sign-off and provide useful insights.
• Partner with internal teams to provide input for new product launches and informed business decisions.
• Design and implement automation to leverage technology and ensure scalability.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or strong interest in automating and enhancing recurring processes through technology.
• Knowledge of coding languages, specifically SQL, is a significant advantage.
