Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reporting requirements, including Capital and Liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations and assist in producing disclosures such as Pillar 3.
• Execute and improve controls to ensure regulatory reporting is timely, accurate, and complete.
• Maintain high data quality through data profiling and investigation of quality issues.
• Use data visualization tools to build dashboards that facilitate sign-off and provide useful insights.
• Partner with internal teams to provide input on new product launches and help them make informed business decisions.
• Design and implement automation to leverage technology and ensure the reporting processes scale with the business.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and high attention to accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in automating and enhancing recurring processes through technology.
• Knowledge of coding languages, such as SQL, is preferred but not required.
