Senior Regulatory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the regulatory team in assigned markets
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including marketing authorizations and clinical trial authorizations
• Develop and deliver optimal regulatory strategies to support country business goals
• Represent the regulatory function on cross-functional product teams
• Oversee the management of new registration applications and marketing authorization variations
• Manage performance, coaching, and development for direct reports
• Ensure all regulatory activities comply with Pfizer standards and local/international regulations
• Coordinate with National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) and trade associations

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry (Honors level or equivalent)
• Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs specifically for Human Medicinal Products
• Demonstrated line management, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or PhD
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as an MSc in Regulatory Affairs
