Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance monitoring for assigned entities across investment services, banking, and virtual assets
• Conduct compliance reviews and gap analyses to identify risks and recommend remediation
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update compliance frameworks
• Manage LFSA and other licensing requirements, including supporting applications and responding to regulatory queries
• Build and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory reports
• Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits as a primary point of contact
• Partner with engineers to design and implement AI automation for compliance operations
• Provide practical compliance guidance to internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience within the financial services industry
• Proven experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory engagement, and managing licensing requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for investment services, banking, or virtual assets
• Knowledge of LFSA, Labuan IBFC, or similar offshore regulatory environments
• Degree in Law, Compliance, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain complex requirements to non-compliance teams
• Ability to work independently and make sound regulatory judgments
