Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and configure AI agents to automate monitoring, alert analysis, case generation, and regulatory narratives
• Apply advanced analytics to detect unusual patterns and AML (PLD) risks
• Integrate AI solutions with business, compliance, and technology departments to ensure regulatory traceability
• Monitor and optimize the performance of models, rules, and agents through continuous improvement
• Drive operational efficiency via automation, standardization, and strategic data usage

Requirements

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Systems, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Analytics, AML (PLD), or process automation
• Proficiency in data analytics using at least one of the following: SQL, SAS, Python, or R
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML, automation tools, and Generative AI/AI agents
• Basic understanding of AML (PLD) regulations
• Intermediate English language skills
• Strong analytical thinking, proactivity, and adaptability to technological change
