Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy to enable business growth while ensuring compliance with government requirements and Haleon policies.
• Ensure products and claims (medicines, devices, cosmetics, foods, and general commodities) are placed on the market with optimal, compliant advertising and promotions.
• Own regulatory compliance for all products within the assigned category to meet internal and external standards.
• Lead regulatory advocacy by providing technical and scientific input to internal teams and external stakeholders such as BPOM, MoH, and trade associations.
• Partner with key stakeholders to anticipate regulatory challenges and lead improvement initiatives.
• Draft position papers and collaborate with external key opinion leaders to navigate evolving regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, food science, pharmacy, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
• 3+ years of experience in a regulatory leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical depth to assess product regulatory compliance and translate requirements into practical actions.
• Confidence in engaging with regulatory officials and leading advocacy initiatives.
