About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in the emergency department
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Supervise and support junior medical staff and trainees
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Requirements
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Completion of Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Completion of Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification
- Completion of European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS) certification
- Proven experience in emergency medicine at the Senior Registrar level
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
