Senior Registered Client Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors with sales, service, and operational activities, including client interaction via telephone and written correspondence
• Facilitate client requests for account information, quotes, and appointment scheduling
• Establish and service client accounts, prepare necessary forms, and research account inquiries
• Execute administrative functions such as tracking referrals and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Maintain files and records to meet firm regulatory requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide knowledge and systems support to branch personnel
• Proactively resolve complex client and business-related issues with high professionalism

Requirements

• 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services support experience
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
• Ability to meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage client support or administrative support within financial services
• Direct experience interacting with customers in a professional setting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
