Responsibilities
- Keep management systems up-to-date with accurate client information
- Educate clients on various account services and capabilities
- Prepare reports and other essential materials for client meetings
- Collect necessary documentation for opening new accounts and processing service requests
- Plan team marketing events and maintain relevant marketing materials
- Provide the team with a detailed and organized calendar of activities
Requirements
- 3-5 years of client service experience within the finance sector
- Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and solid interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
