Senior Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to ensure the achievement of business targets and regional plans.
• Execute global brand strategies to drive product growth and increase market share within the China region.
• Monitor team performance, market share, and key metrics using data analysis tools.
• Manage relationships with medical institutions and key customers to support medical information dissemination.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans based on regional growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop sales representatives and identify potential talent for future regional management roles.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy development and regional business management.
• Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team management and people development.
