Senior Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Enhance university visibility, enrollment, and reputation through strategic relationship management in the Midwest region.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, chambers, and local leaders.
• Manage regional operational workflows, track data to inform decision-making, and prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports.
• Develop and execute hyper-local regional strategies aligned with university goals and workforce needs.
• Deliver sales presentations to potential partner organizations and represent the university at conferences and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with the Regional VP and cross-functional teams to foster a strong team culture and drive community impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of operational success in a business or education entity with demonstrated year-over-year growth.
• Strong existing enterprise, community, and government networks and partnerships.
• Ability to work onsite in Burr Ridge, IL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating within a complex, multi-faceted, or disaggregated marketing model.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make smart judgments under pressure.
• Experience in brand development, field marketing, or public relations.
