Senior Regional General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a region of small-to-medium Warehouse/Delivery Centers by managing Site General Managers and Site Leads
• Own regional fleet performance, including utilization, cost-per-delivery, maintenance, and driver safety
• Hold full P&L and annual budgeting responsibility for the region to meet EBITDA targets
• Ensure compliance with personnel, vehicle, and food safety standards including OSHA and HACCP
• Drive labor planning and inventory accuracy across all sites
• Lead process improvement projects and partner with Technology and Ops Ex teams to refine operational systems
• Travel regularly across the region (~40%) to coach Site GMs and calibrate execution

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of operations management experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or last-mile delivery
• 7–10 years of experience leading direct reports, including leaders of leaders
• Proven success managing multi-site operations
• Strong working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, HACCP, and food safety regulations
• Experience with fleet and last-mile delivery operations
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Foodservice or perishables industry experience
• MBA degree
