About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and utilities across Missouri operations.
  • Develop and execute long-range facilities strategies to support business growth, sustainability, and campus expansion.
  • Lead multi-site facility infrastructure planning, footprint optimization, and capacity expansion initiatives.
  • Direct large-scale capital projects, utility upgrades, and facility renovations.
  • Manage multi-year capital plans and ensure adherence to operating and capital budgets.
  • Champion operational excellence through TPM, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, safety, and building code requirements.
  • Lead contractor management, vendor partnerships, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting regarding facility performance, risks, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive facilities, maintenance, or operations leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading multiple manufacturing sites, campuses, or facilities.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects and infrastructure investments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating and capital budgets.
  • Ability to travel regularly between Hannibal, Columbia, and St. Louis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in facilities management.
  • Lean leadership experience.
