Senior Regional Construction Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Report to the Sr Construction Manager for Scheduling and Estimating and provide updates to meet KPIs
• Supervise Project Schedulers and interface with OARs, Senior Project Managers, and contractors
• Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints
• Interpret construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil) to understand work scope
• Review Contractor’s Baseline schedule submissions and provide detailed review comments
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals, including critical path, cost loading, and resource loading
• Perform schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders and conduct delay time settlement negotiations
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analysis
• Perform site walks to verify weekly/monthly schedule progress
• Communicate schedule and progress matters in weekly status meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
• Experience in educational facilities or public works projects preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
