Senior Red Team Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead red team engagements that simulate real-world advanced persistent threats (APTs)
• Perform comprehensive internal and external penetration tests across web, mobile, and network infrastructure
• Identify vulnerabilities, develop custom exploits, and execute privilege escalation
• Utilize C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, or Empire
• Conduct social engineering assessments including phishing, vishing, and physical intrusion tests
• Map attack surfaces using tools like BloodHound and SharpHound while staying current on MITRE ATT&CK TTPs
• Develop custom malware and obfuscate payloads to bypass EDR/XDR solutions
• Generate actionable reports for blue teams to enhance detection and response capabilities

Requirements

• 6+ years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to offensive security or red teaming
• Strong command of tools including Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and Nmap
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Deep understanding of Active Directory exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP
• Mandatory certifications: OSCP, CRTP, or OSCE
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as GRTP or OSEE
