Senior Red Team Operator

Responsibilities

• Conduct red team engagements against enterprise networks, cloud environments, satellite communications, and wireless infrastructure
• Execute adversary emulation activities aligned to real-world threat actor TTPs
• Perform internal and external penetration testing across multiple operational environments
• Simulate cyber and RF-enabled attack vectors against mission systems and communications architectures
• Develop, modify, and maintain offensive security tools, payloads, scripts, and automation
• Support assessments involving RF communications, satellite systems, and electronic warfare technologies
• Document findings, attack paths, and remediation recommendations in technical reports

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security
• TS/SCI clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, or C#
• Experience with offensive tools like Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, or BloodHound
• Knowledge of missile defense systems, satellite communications, or RF spectrum operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, PNPT, CEH, CISSP)
• Experience with EDR evasion and threat intelligence integration
• Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) technologies
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container security
