About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including requirement definition, CV screening, phone interviews, and competency-based interviews
- Prepare recruitment reports and manage the onboarding process
- Define actions to attract passive candidates for key positions
- Establish and develop relationships with universities and business schools to improve employer branding
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Labor Relations, or Law
- Advanced level of English and Catalan
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruitment technician
- Previous experience in recruitment consultancy is valued
