Senior Recruitment Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including requirement definition, CV screening, phone interviews, and competency-based interviews
• Prepare recruitment reports and manage the onboarding process
• Define actions to attract passive candidates for key positions
• Establish and develop relationships with universities and business schools to improve employer branding
• Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, Labor Relations, or Law
• Advanced level of English and Catalan
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruitment technician
• Previous experience in recruitment consultancy is valued
