Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end internal and external selection processes for all levels, including interns, operational, technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles.
• Identify and attract potential candidates aligned with the organization's culture, vision, and values.
• Ensure gender and age diversity within selection processes in accordance with company strategy.
• Guide HR colleagues and leadership on best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Manage recruitment and selection suppliers for both permanent and temporary labor.
• Analyze, generate, and report key recruitment and selection indicators.
• Manage the "Young Talents" program and internal opportunity channels.
• Perform resume screening, candidate summoning, and ensure timely feedback to all participants.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience conducting selection processes across various levels and areas.
• Expertise in competency-based interviewing.
• Experience facilitating group dynamics.
• Knowledge of selection instruments and candidate profile assessment methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree or MBA in Human Resources or People Management.
