Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to executives, functional leaders, and hiring managers
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies for critical business functions
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate future talent needs and build proactive pipelines
  • Drive end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact and business-critical roles
  • Leverage talent market intelligence and recruiting analytics to inform strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting systems and operational efficiency
  • Influence interviewing excellence through training and structured hiring practices
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines and champion inclusive hiring
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Operations, Compensation, and Finance
  • Mentor recruiters and hiring teams to strengthen overall recruiting capability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives in high-growth environments
  • Proven success hiring technical, operational, and leadership functions
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence via data and market insights
  • Deep expertise in sourcing, assessment, engagement, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong analytical capabilities using recruiting metrics
  • Track record of building scalable recruiting processes
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently
