Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the interview process
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling including phone screens, virtual, and onsite interviews
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex scheduling scenarios and executive-level interviews
• Provide part-time front desk coverage and greet guests
• Manage communication with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams regarding logistics
• Maintain the integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Manage the background check process and open new job requisitions
• Partner with recruiters to identify operational gaps and implement workflow improvements
• Track and report on recruitment metrics using ATS and other tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role
• 3+ years of experience with an applicant tracking system
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with Greenhouse or Workday
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
