Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates from initial contact through onboarding
• Manage and update candidate records within the iCIMS applicant tracking system
• Coordinate interview scheduling via TextEngagement, phone, and email, ensuring all parties are prepared and informed
• Take ownership of candidate travel coordination and processing of travel reimbursements
• Facilitate on-site candidate experiences, serving as the primary point of contact for all candidate needs
• Build trust with stakeholders by delivering high-quality results and proactively communicating updates

Requirements

• 0-1+ years of experience in HR operations, customer service, or a service delivery model
• Proficiency with Google Suite and experience using applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
