Senior Recruiting Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the APAC region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align recruitment efforts with team structures and hiring goals
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using AI-driven platforms and various active and passive channels
• Use data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics, manage candidate pipelines, and inform hiring strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that represents the company brand and values
• Stay current on market trends, competitor movements, and emerging AI tools in the recruiting space
• Champion process improvements and the adoption of new technologies to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or technology
• Proven success in sourcing top-tier talent using AI recruitment tools (e.g., HiredScore, Paradox, or similar)
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, leveraging analytics to guide hiring decisions
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment
