Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and rescheduling across multiple concurrent active searches
• Review inbound applicants for high-volume roles
• Act as the face of the NYC office for new hires, including office tours and greeting
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity, including stage updates and dispositions
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
• Provide payroll and people ops administrative support
• Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, HR, or administrative support
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
• Strong systems thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• High level of discretion when handling sensitive payroll and people ops data
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers

• Experience in a high-growth fintech or technology environment
• Proven track record of improving recruiting or people operations processes
